En las últimas décadas, la investigación en economía regional se ha alejado de los planteamientos que observan a los sistemas económicos como máquinas, para hacer énfasis en las relaciones y el papel que tiene los actores en la construcción de las capacidades de desarrollo. Con ello, surge la interrogante de cómo se dan las lógicas de acumulación en los territorios, donde ya no sólo se acumulan los factores materiales sino que también se generan y acumulan factores inmateriales o intangibles. El objetivo del presente trabajo es ilustrar cómo los factores inmateriales o intangibles presentes en los sistemas territoriales, son propiedades que articulan y potencian el desarrollo mediante el modelado del sistema productivo, para ello se toma como caso el corredor Cuauhtémoc- Rubio, en Chihuahua, y sus particularidades.
The investigation on regional economy has in the last decades step away from the positions that consider the economic systems as machines in order to study in a more detailed manner the relations among the economic actors and their role in the acquisition of development capacities. With this it comes forward the question of how does the process of accumulation develop in the territories whereas not only are physical factors being accumulated, but also immaterial and intangibles. The objective of this work is to picture how the immaterial and intangibles factors which are present in the territorial systems are properties that frame and enhance the development through modeling the productive system. The case of the Cuauhtemoc- Rubio Corridor in Chihuahua and its specificities is hereby analyzed for that purpose.
