Ayuntamiento de Matamoros (administraci\u00f3n 2016-2018) a investigadores de El Colegio de la Frontera Norte en Matamoros. La coordinaci\u00f3n estuvo a cargo del Dr. Oscar Misael Hern\u00e1ndez, con la colaboraci\u00f3n de la Dra. Cirila Quintero, el Dr. Xavier Oliveras, el Dr. Arturo Z\u00e1rate, la Dra. Teresa Cueva y el Dr. Jaime Pe\u00f1a de la Universidad Nacional Aut\u00f3noma de M\u00e9xico.
