El trinomio academia-industria-gobierno (pol\u00edtica) debe crear el entorno para estimular las transiciones energ\u00e9ticas hacia fuentes de energ\u00eda renovables, econ\u00f3micas y limpias. No obstante, las transiciones energ\u00e9ticas toman m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os en hacerse realidad.
