Ciudad de M\u00e9xico 13 de octubre de 2021.<\/strong>\u00a0En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, las zonas metropolitanas han crecido de manera exacerbada sin estar preparadas para enfrentar los problemas que este crecimiento a pasos agigantados trae consigo: densidad en la poblaci\u00f3n y cambio clim\u00e1tico.
En el art\u00edculo \u201cPol\u00edticas prodensificaci\u00f3n y cambio clim\u00e1tico: los desaf\u00edos de las ciudades mexicanas\u201d Manlio Felipe Castillo y Edgar Ram\u00edrez de la Cruz, Profesor Asociado y Profesor Investigador Titular de la Divisi\u00f3n de Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica del CIDE respectivamente, junto con Heidi Jane M. Smith, de la Universidad Iberoamericana, investigaron los principales retos que enfrentan las zonas metropolitanas del pa\u00eds para promover pol\u00edticas prodensificaci\u00f3n.
