Mr. Guti\u00e9rrez has worked as an international consultant for e-Government in Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras and Brazil.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Josh Kun<br \/>\nProfessor of Communication, Journalism, and American Studies and Ethnicity, University of Southern California<br \/>\nHis research focuses on the arts and politics of cultural connection, with an emphasis on popular music, the cultures of globalization, and the US-Mexico border. A former Fellow with the Sundance Institute.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 H\u00e9ctor Osuna Jaime<br \/>\nPresident, Comisi\u00f3n Federal de Telecomunicaciones (COFETEL)- Mexico<br \/>\nHe was mayor of Tijuana, and Senator for the PAN.
