The author of over 150 scholarly articles, Alexander is also the author of Is There a Right of Freedom of Expression? (Cambridge University Press), co-author (with Professor Paul Horton) of Whom Does the Constitution Command? (Greenwood Press), and co-author (with Professor Emily Sherwin) of The Demystification of Legal Reasoning (forthcoming, Cambridge University Press) and Rules and the Rule of Law (Duke University Press). He is editor of Constitutionalism: Philosophical Foundations (Cambridge University Press). Among his articles are \u00abWhat Makes Wrongful Discrimination Wrong?,\u00bb University of Pennsylvania Law Review; \u00abSelf-defense, Justification, and Excuse,\u00bb Philosophy &amp; Public Affairs; \u00abWith me It&#8217;s All \u2018Er Nuthin: Formalism in Law and Morality,\u00bb University of Chicago Law Review; and (with Frederick Schauer) \u00abOn Extrajudicial Constitutional Interpretation,\u00bb Harvard Law Review. Alexander serves on the editorial boards of the journals Ethics and Law &amp; Philosophy, and he is co-editor of the international quarterly Legal Theory. He received a B.A. from Williams College in 1965, and a LL.B. from Yale University in 1968.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Professor Donald A. Dripps is a recognized scholar of criminal procedure, evidence and criminal law, and also teaches administrative law. He was editor-in-chief of the Michigan Law Review and is a member of the Order of the Coif. After receiving his law degree, Dripps worked as a law clerk for Judge Amalya Kears of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York City. Since then he has been an assistant professor at the University of Illinois College of Law, a visiting professor at Duke University School of Law, a visiting professor at Cornell University Law School, and the James Annenberg Levee Professor of Criminal Procedure at the University of Minnesota Law School.
