She earned a Ph.D. in Political Science from Leiden University in the Netherlands. After her residence, she will take a position at the University of Amsterdam as an assistant professor of political science. Dr. Harbers will present a paper titled, \u00abFacing up to Multi-level Politics: Political Finance and Party Strategy in Mexico.\u00bb Joy Langston is also a visiting fellow at the Center. She received a Ph.D. in Political Science from Duke University. She is a professor of political science at the Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n y Docencia Econ\u00f3micas (CIDE).
